Every radio picks the best link available: cellular 4G and LTE, local wifi, Starlink satellite wifi, or direct radio to radio mesh when there is no network at all. Handover happens without operator input, so the channel stays up in a city centre, a steel basement, or an open desert.
AES-256 end-to-end on every channel, with the option of your own keys.
All traffic is protected with AES-256 end-to-end encryption, so audio and text are only readable on the terminals in the conversation. Nothing needs to be configured to be secure. Organisations with their own key policy can supply and rotate their own encryption keys, so plain audio never leaves your control.
Crystal-clear voice on every channel, every time.
There is no analogue signal to degrade, so there is no static, squelch, or fading at the edge of range. Voice is captured, compressed, and delivered digitally with noise suppression, which means a whispered instruction in a crowd or a call from a plant room arrives clear rather than half heard.
Situational awareness maintained on the channel, at all hours.
Merlin6 AI listens to the channel, confirms check calls, flags missed responses, and answers position and status requests. Lone workers get an immediate reply instead of silence, and supervisors get a running picture of the shift without holding the channel.

Each transmission is transcribed and stored against a timestamp and a caller. Read what you missed in a noisy stairwell, resolve a disputed instruction in seconds, and export a full record when the incident needs a report.

Join more than one channel and hear them all, with priority given to the channel you are assigned to. Team leads can hold their detail channel and the site channel at the same time without carrying two radios.

The map shows the real time position of every radio on the channel, along with movement history and last known fix when a unit drops out of coverage. Coordination stops depending on somebody describing where they are.
One press opens an incident and routes the nearest team members.
The SOS button opens an incident, marks the position, and pushes the alert to the channel and Merlin6 AI. The nearest available team members are routed to the scene immediately, and every action taken is logged against the incident.
IP54 rated, engineered for the toughest environments.
An IP54 rating covers dust and splashing water. The chassis takes drops onto concrete, the controls work with gloves on, and the battery is sized for a long shift rather than an office day.

Any radio can be reconfigured live and remotely, either by our support staff or by your own people in the Merlin6 Control Room Surface. The Control Room Surface is a web application for the control room: talk on the channels, watch the live map, and hold situational awareness on a large screen while the team works.
02No dead ground
Radios negotiate their own path to the channel. When cellular fails the handset moves to wifi, then to Starlink satellite wifi, then to direct mesh between radios. Operators hear nothing change.
